What the postings actually ask for
Automation appears in 98% of GTM Engineering postings, pipeline and funnel work in 92%, CRM and revenue systems in 87%. Coding depth is the part that moves: 40% name a programming language, and 18% mention selected engineering practices. Neither is a universal requirement, which is why the brief matters more than the title.
