Cargo offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, email hello@getcargo.io for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason.

A new account starts with 100 free credits and does not require a card. The guarantee applies once a plan is paid.

Changing a plan

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrading gives you the additional credits immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. To cancel, email hello@getcargo.io.
