Everything you need to know about Cargo Mailboxes

Google, shared and private mailboxes, created by Cargo on a sending domain your workspace owns. Each one carries a rep's first and last name in the From header and an optional signature. Outlook mailboxes cannot send yet.
No. Cargo creates new mailboxes on your sending domain, in your reps' names, and runs their warm-up. A mailbox already created in the Cargo app can be brought into your project with adopt: true.
Warm-up starts when the mailbox goes live. Real sends ramp from 5 a day to 40 a day over 45 days, and the mailbox page shows the warm-up target, warm-up sends, and inbox and spam placement.
The send waits. The limit is counted over a rolling 24 hours, and a send past it goes out when the allowance frees up instead of failing. To send more per day, add mailboxes.
Yes, from 0 to 40 with dailySendLimit. It only ever tightens the warm-up ramp, so a new mailbox cannot be pushed past it. 0 pauses outreach from that mailbox.
A play sends with the Send email step and can wait for a reply, view or unsubscribe on the thread. An agent sends from one mailbox locked to it and wakes when the lead replies. Cargo reads each mailbox's inbox and junk folder for those replies.
